I like the mosaics and postcard items. They were lots of fun to put together. I think I might use the trading cards for working with characters in the stories my students read this year.

Your mosaic has a story to tell! The trading cards would be a fun way for the kids to focus on the assignment.
So jealous!!! You have pics with Astros!!! Are you going to the game on Aug 17th? They're retiring Bigg's Number 7. I found this on one of my feeds. Thought you might like to order it, if you haven't already:
"Biggio, The Final Game!" A Book of Photos of a Houston Hero by Houston photographer, Michael Hart

I am an avid scrapbooker and the story really touched my heart. I had to pre-order one for myself, and will be getting one for my school libary when it hits the shelves.
I have been to the Cannon Photo Day with the Astros for the past 3 years. Three of the photos in the mosaic are from this year. The one with Backe is from 2 years ago.
Terri, thanks for the info on the book. I'm am going to the game and I will need to get that book.
